Our network / data centers

Expand your regional and international reach

NovoServe operates an international network engineered for enterprise-grade redundancy and high availability suiting the needs of NovoServe’s streaming customers and other clients with demanding requirements alike. With a cross-border backbone in Germany and the Netherlands. This network features a smart routing design spanning several redundantly interconnected data centers with Points-of-Presence (PoPs) located in Amsterdam (NIKHEF), Frankfurt, Enschede (2x), Hengelo, and Doetinchem. It is a network monitored 24/7 with international reach designed for scalability - to serve clients with the most demanding and dynamic infrastructure growth requirements.

The NovoServe global network provides customers with a blend of Tier-1 carriers, with network uptime SLAs available to match high availability needs. NovoServe also offers in-house access to a significant number of Internet Exchanges (IXs), allowing customers to create custom network paths and flexibly adjust network routes while establishing an efficient blend of peering and transit when necessary. IX connectivity available includes: AMS-IX, Asteroid Amsterdam, NL-IX, SPEED-IX, and NDIX.

High availability and speed

NovoServe’s smart network backbone architecture allows for redundancy and speed. For customers it means their virtual servers and dedicated server infrastructures feature the highest SLA-backed uptime while achieving low latency international reach.

Freedom of choice

Redundant design of NovoServe’s cross-border network backbone in the Netherlands and Germany enables our clients to have flexible access to an extensive blend of network providers, IXs and multiple Internet routes.

Scalability

The ability to easily scale our bandwidth is core to NovoServe’s cross-border network with international reach. For hosting and SaaS providers, as well as startups, big data, ecommerce and streaming companies, this ensures seamless growth of their hosting infrastructures.

NovoServe currently has three secure data center locations with a 100% uptime history available, one in Germany and two in the Netherlands, owned as well as co-located. These data centers are redundantly interconnected through NovoServe’s cross-border network backbone – a high capacity, scalable network with international reach.

NovoServe’s interconnected data centers provide demanding dedicated server and virtual server customers with peace of mind, as it gives them options to create ultimate uptime and business continuity levels. ISO27001 and other relevant certifications for NovoServe’s data centers are pending (Netherlands) or already in place (Germany). NovoServe’s management team expects certification for all data centers to be achieved in the first half of 2019.

Acquired from international, Germany-based security software provider Avira Holding GmbH & Co. KG. in 2016, the NovoServe DCD data center in Doetinchem features a highly secure and redundant data center design. It has ample and redundant connectivity options available, with direct and low-latency access to the Internet hubs in Frankfurt and Amsterdam as well as a variety of Internet exchanges.

Sky-wide distance with another owned data center, NovoServe DCT in Enschede, is about 46 kilometers (29 miles). This allows for active/active data center concepts, giving clients enterprise-grade business continuity guarantees.
